1. Any persons desiring to be married within the Empire may submit a marriage certificate to the High Royal Court. At least one person listed on the certificate must be a Natopian citizen. 2. After three days the certificate will be entered into public records and will be a legal binding status on the persons named on the marriage certificate. 3. The nullification of a marriage certificate can be rendered by a ruling of the High Royal Judge. All persons listed on the marriage certificate must be present for the ruling. The High Royal Judge will only act as arbiter in these proceedings and may assist the negotiation of division of property and assets if asked to do so by the persons involved. 4. If a person holds a noble title, their marriage partner is entitled to hold that title as a consort. 5. Offspring or adopted children from a marriage enjoy full Natopian citizenship.
