Whereas Article 2 Section 3 reads as
"3. Only those citizens who have declared themselves Members of the Royal Frenzy will be able to vote on laws. Members must make declarations of membership on the first day of every month of the Natopian Calender."
Therefore this Royal Frenzy amends it to read:
"3. Only those citizens who have declared themselves Members of the Royal Frenzy will be able to vote on laws."
