July is fast approaching and it is time for the 3rd Annual Summer Art Festival. Ready your brushes and easels for your entries. Starting in June I will begin my advertising tour, and visit every nation on Micras inviting them to submit work. I'll ask the folks at Batavia if they would like to have this work in conjunction with their World's Fair, since they expressed an interest in Natopia's cultural endeavors, especially the Natopian Renaissance campaign Empire Library ran a few years ago.
