By Order of the Sovereign Natopian Emperor:
For the efficient government of the colony of Opaegh, a charter is hereby established.
1. The name of the colony shall be the Imperial County of Opaeghia and will be a possession of the Emperor, independent of the duchies.
2. As the colony is the homeland of the founder, Nett Opaegh, and the Emperor is the descendant of the founder, the Emperor will hold the title Count of Opaeghia.
3. The governorship of the colony shall be administered by the government of the Imperial Barony of Ziegeland.
4. The capital of Opaeghia is Banania.
