By Order of the Sovereign Natopian Emperor:
Recognizing, the Ancient and Secret Order of the Black Hole, having been in continuous existence in one form or another since before the very founding of Natopia, which is currently located in the city of Doza in the Kingdom of Athlon, is hereby reinstated as an officially recognized Order within the Empire.
The revised Charter of the Order is issued as follows:
1. The Ancient and Secret Order of the Black Hole is a secular and chivalric order of knighthood pledged with defending the nation and integrity of Natopia.
2. Only current citizens of Natopia will be permitted membership within this Order. Upon resignation or termination of Natopian citizenship, membership in the Order is terminated as well.
3. The Sovereign of the Order, who will always be the Sovereign Natopian Emperor, will admit new citizens into the Order.
4. All members will have the rank of Knight or Dame.
5. The formal medal of the Order will be a silver square with an emerald in the center supported by 4 silver arms. The Sovereign will have 4 red diamonds on the ribbon and Knights will have 2 diamonds.
6. The informal pin of the Order will be a red diamond centered on white with three red vertical bars on either side. The pin of the Sovereign will have additional symbols surrounding the center diamond.
Decreed this Twelfth Day of the Month of Novaber in the Third Year After Family Guy by His Sovereign Majesty, Nathan the Only, Sovereign Natopian Emperor, Baron of Ziegeland, King of Athlon, Earl of Lindstrom, Count of Smjörkýr
