Welcome to Natopia, King Trey! I am glad you could make it. Please help yourself to refreshments provided by the Free Juice and Bagels Party... Just pick a combination of fresh Opaeghian fruit and our master juice mixers will be happy to make fresh juice to accompany your Tapfer bagel.
*gestures towards table with an assortment of bagels and fruit*
Once we are settled we may discuss business. But until then how are you doing Royal Cousin?

My goals for Pricedonia are to attract some more citizens because we currently are lacking citizens, also we would like to acquire a place in a micronational world like Micras and to set up a military.

Noble goals for any nation. As for attracting citizens, the comments you got at MicroHub are as good an answer as anyone can give.
The MCS accepts memberships as soon as you hit your 3-month anniversary. I'd be glad to help with your map or suggest places where you can settle in strategic or resource-rich areas.
Setting up recwar forces is a bit confusing if you have no military background. First I would suggest subscribing to the Annunia Convention, which provides a uniform code of recwar forces for particpants. Wars focus primarily on narrative and back story, and not nitpicky details that can get so far out of hand.

Thank you for these tips. I became a member of the map on microhub, unfortunately I cannot remember their name. I will look up the Annunia Convention soon. Thanks again for these tips.
Edit: I found the Annunia Convention on the MCS forums, Do I have to become a member to subscribe to it?

The Central Micronational Organization... CentMO they are calling it. It is for a more serious set of micronations who are more focused on accurately simulating macronations. Needless complexity and stress as we see it here in Natopia.
No formal declarations are needed to use the Annunia Convention, just organize your military according to the charter. If you haven't already, introduce yourself in the general discussion forum. Mention that you are interested in recwars and I'm sure someone will help you along. Natopia is alright at recwarring, but there are better nations out there to help you along.

Sorry I couldn't get to you yesterday, Pricedonia thanks you for information you gave us, would you mind answering one more question? How should Pricedonia go about diplomacy?

one way to go about it is, once you are on a map, is to go to your neighbors and introduce yourself. discuss a friendship and non-aggression treaty, nothing too serious. you can do this with a wide assortment of nations or selectively negotiate with a few nations. after awhile you will be able to decide which nations you get along with better... some nations' styles of governing are just better fits for partnerships. and then you can discuss more serious treaties like mutual defense or extradition or trading ambassadors.
