By Order of the Sovereign Natopian Emperor:
The Most Noble Order of the Yoshi is hereby reestablished with the following Charter:
1. The Most Noble Order of the Yoshi is a secular chivalric Order for the Emperor to honor and thank non-Natopians for services that the Emperor deems beneficial to the nation.
2. Only non-Natopians may receive this award which is personally granted by the Emperor. Should a member of the Order attain Natopian citizenship, he forfeits membership in the Order but will be granted membership in the Ancient and Secret Order of the Black Hole.
3. The Emperor is the master of the Order but will not have a title in the Order. All members will have the rank of Knight or Dame.
4. The formal medal of the Order will be a gold medallion with an imprint of Yoshi, surrounded by four gold and emerald Yoshi eggs alternating with four emerald-tipped points, all on a background of silver, hanging from a ribbon of green, white and red.
5. The informal pin of the Order will be green with a thin red band centered between two groupings of 3 white bands.
