For the efficient government of the colony of
Natollonia, a charter is hereby established.
1. The name of the colony shall be the Crown Colony of Natollonia and will be a possession of the Emperor, independent of the duchies.
2. The purpose of the colony is to provide all areas of the Empire with a constant supply of raw materials.
3. The government of the colony shall be handled by the Imperial Barony of Ziegeland, the administration of the colony will be handled by the South Apollonia Trading Company which will maintain the trade and economy of the colony to allow safe and secure procurement of the materials and their distribution throughout the empire and trade partners.
4. The capital of Natollonia is Port St. Andre.
