Seeing as how the state of decay and malaise in the Empire has endured since the first collapse, and seeing as how it apparently is chronic to the Nation of Natopia, the government of the Bovic Empire of Natopia is hereby dissolved indefinitely.
The Kingdom of Athlon is granted full sovereignty.
The Holzer Empire is returned to its fully sovereign status.
The Nation of South Mehlville is ceded to the Kingdom of Babkha.
All counts may secede their demesne from the Empire and enjoy full sovereignty.
All other lands of the Empire shall be divided evenly among the members of the Small Commonwealth.
