In order to maintain full activity in the highest office of the Empire, I hereby appoint William, Prince of Natopia, Duke of Flaventia, as a Regent and re-affirm Konrad, Duke of Borders Bay to the same office. So that they may rule in my stead in the coming months and bring activity and interesting programs to the empire without my imperial consent.
Therefore, with full confidence and utmost faith, I grant the two Regent Dukes full imperial power to decree. Ideally the two should issue decrees in consensus, but they may issue decrees by themselves. However, they may override each others independent decrees.
No decree issued by the Regent Dukes may override this decree, dissolve the state, or cede land.
