a few talking points:

Neutrality: Declare our total neutrality in all wars and international disagreements. Write it into our constitution maybe. We should discuss this with the Small Commonwealth first and set up some protection treaties. Abolish our recwaring forces (not that we use them) and instead focus on our spacefleet since that is unique to us.

Consolidation of demesnes: A reduction of all non-significant demesnes as well as the elimination of the tiered nobility. No dukes or barons. We pick one generic title for all demesnes.

Expansion of the church and focus on history and culture. The citizen explosion that happened 2 months or so ago has shown that Natopia for whatever reason cannot retain citizens as only Konrad and I are left, yet again. Therefore most government functions will be reduced and I will rule by decree only when necessary as we focus on culture.

I'd agree that Bovinism and the space fleet are areas of unique Natopian culture and that developing them further can only be good.

Discussion points:
Definitely focus on our culture, the spacefleet, Bovinism, goats, the colour green, etc etc.

I think that as we have a small citizenship base perhaps the Ancient and Secret Order of the Black Hole could help govern kinda like the privy council in england.

I also think for the moment we should have larger demesnes with a uniquely natopian title for them.

Abolishing recwaring in Natopia i think is also a positive step. However we need to move the images etc to the library as it is part of our history.
