The Natopian Defense Force is hereby put on permanent reserve status. All units will be maintained at constant peacetime readiness and will only be activated during emergencies and invasions. It shall be administered by the Lower Ministry of Security within the Ministry of Domestic Affairs.
The government of the Bovic Empire will henceforth maintain neutrality in all military and political disagreements on Micras. We will continue to work with our friends in the Small Commonwealth towards peace and understanding.
The Natopian government offers its mediation services for all disagreements or simply as neutral territory for parties to meet and discuss peacefully.
