I hereby open this session of the Royal Frenzy, open to all citizens. Only Members may vote. First order of business should be establishing procedures and electing a presiding officer.
Everyone should declare membership now, but since the session is starting halfway thru a month, everyone will still have to redeclare on Lieber 1 (February 1).
Do the citizens wish me to take a seat in the Frenzy?
