Summer Art Festival 2010

lets try another one? we'll give people a few months of advance notice since ArtFest usually happens around the last weekend of July to celebrate Transition and Purification Days.

We can have a theme and "require" the work to be specially made for the Fest?

The reward can be lordship over a demesne (the constitution allows the Emperor to decide who has effectively controlled a demesne with cultural advancement.... winning an Art Festival can be considered cultural advancement i say) therefore we need to decide what Demesne to give as a gift, and have the demesne host the event, to make it legal.

(of course we need to ratify the constitution first! but ideas are coming to me.. lol)

The Emperor approves of the first three lines of this proposal.

A festival will occur this year, its format is still to be decided.
