A bill to define lawful sexual conduct in Natopia.

1. Lawful sexual conduct shall be defined as, but not limited to, any consensual contact or penetration of or by the male or female genitals with any part of the body of another person or persons.

2. Sexual conduct between persons related by blood is unlawful.

3. Sexual conduct between a person and an animal is unlawful.

4. Sexual conduct between a person under fifteen (15) and a person more than five (5) years older than that person is unlawful.

5. Sexual conduct in which one person involved does not consent is unlawful.

6. Sexual conduct which involves one or more grapefruit is unlawful.
