Bill to Create the Cross of Sovereignty as a Civil Award for Duty and Service to the Empire
1. The Royal Frenzy, by normal majority, may grant any person the Cross of Sovereignty for serving the Empire.
2. There will be three levels of the award for differing levels of service.
3. The Bronze Cross of Sovereignty may be awarded to persons who have provided an outstanding service to the Empire.
4. The Silver Cross of Sovereignty may be awarded to persons who have continually served the Empire in an excellent and upstanding manner which has resulted in significant cultural or political progress.
5. The Gold Cross of Sovereignty shall be reserved for those persons who have made a personal sacrifice for the betterment of the Empire.
