Regarding the Annexation of
South Mehlville

The Sovereign Natopian Empire
Desiring that the people of South Mehlville continue to enjoy their own government and that that government be therefore free of all foreign influences,
The Sovereign Natopian Empire hereby annexes South Mehlville under the following conditions:
1. South Mehlville will be fully integrated into the Natopian Empire as a protectorate.
2. South Mehlville will retain full authority over maintaining its internal policies and administration.
3. All South Mehlvy land shall be considered Natopian land under all international agreements.
4. Citizens of South Mehlville will become automatically naturalized citizens of the Natopian Empire unless they submit a request not to be naturalized to the Natopian Ministry of Domestic Affairs.
