A Bill to Establish Immigration Procedures for the Natopian Empire

1. All immigration matters are handled by the Minister of Domestic Affairs.
2. All persons interested in applying for Natopian citizenship must fill out a dossier with the following information: name, birthday, and other citizenships, what do you wish to achieve here.
3. The application will be approved by the Minister of Domestic Affairs and they will grant citizenship with full confidence of the Emperor.
