A Bill to Establish a Census of the Empire's Population

1. Every three months, on the 1st day of that month, the Minister of Domestic Affairs will conduct a census.
2. The census will be posted in the Ministry of Domestic Affairs and all citizens must respond to it, the Minister may privately contact citizens to encourage them to respond.
3. The census will collect the following information: name, age, marital status, number of dependents, residency (city and demesne) and any other questions the Minister deems necessary.
4. A citizen who does not respond to a census will be considered a passive citizen, and thus not counted when activity needs to be calculated.
5. All previous census legislation is hereby repealed.

I also just realized we already passed a census back in april...

A Bill to establish the Royal Census.

1. The official listing of current Natopian citizens, to be henceforth referred to as the Royal Census.
2. The Ministry of Domestic Affairs shall have the responsibility of taking a census of all citizens in Natopia and any region under Natopian control.
3. The census shall be sent to each citizen personally via e-mail and private message every 3 months.
4. The census will include required questions on: full name, gender, other citizenships, current macronational and micronational residence.

However i do prefer the current bill presented by Nathan.

Lets get some new bills in this session, oh by the way are we having elections anytime soon. (not sure if we even still have them)

no elections in this incarnation of the government. MoRFs used to have to take pledges every month or so but we amended that out, and the chancellor is appointed by me for indefinite terms.

if everyone thinks we have enough interest, i always prefer to have the chancellor elected.
