Bill to Amend the Constitution of the Sovereign Natopian Empire
1. Whereas no procedure is mentioned in the constitution for replacing inactive judges, the Royal Frenzy hereby amends the Constitution to add the following clauses in Article 3:
"3. The Royal Judge will be nominated by the Emperor and approved by majority decision of the Royal Frenzy.
4. The Royal Judge may be removed when he or she is deemed to be inactive by a resolution of the Royal Frenzy. The Royal Frenzy may not remove the Royal Judge for any reason except inactivity to ensure an independent and active judiciary."
