A Bill to Establish a Census of the Empire's Population
1. Every three months, on the 1st day of that month, the Minister of Domestic Affairs will conduct a census.
2. The census will be posted in the Ministry of Domestic Affairs and all citizens must respond to it, the Minister may privately contact citizens to encourage them to respond.
3. The census will collect the following information: name, age, marital status, number of dependents, residency (city and demesne) and any other questions the Minister deems necessary.
4. A citizen who does not respond to a census will be considered a passive citizen, and thus not counted when activity needs to be calculated.
5. All previous census legislation is hereby repealed.
