A Bill for an Act to prohibit the use, possession and manufacture of cluster munitions in Natopia.
1. This act prohibits the use, possession and manufacture of cluster munitions in Natopia by the government and private citizens.
2. This act extends to any acts or omissions committed outside of Natopia by a Natopian.
3. This act does not apply to:
(a) The clearing of cluster munitions
(b) The decommissioning of munitions
(c) Educational purposes
(d) The Order of the Armored Goats.
