Upon looking back at that website, he is prolly just a silly rural closeted redneck Texan who hates the gays and liberals and so all of his crippled and deformed ideas have been distilled and concentrated into a micronation after seeing NationStates advertised on a google ads. Brian Capelle, on the other hand, is entirely in favor of gay people. As long as they don't get married.
