On behalf of the Ocian Federation I would firstly like to express my greatest gratitude for the friendliness the Natopian government of shown Ocia.
For Months the Ocian Federation has been developing its space program, with the possible launch of several satellites and our Future ellipsis obiter next month.
For the Ellipses first launch we would like the Permission of the Lower Ministry of Space Defence to fly to the Natopian Space station in October for refuelling and to possibly bolster the possibilities of further cooperation between our two nations in space.
