On behalf of the Ocian Federation I would firstly like to express my greatest gratitude for the friendliness the Natopian government has shown Ocia.

For Months the Ocian Federation has been developing its space program, with the possible launch of several satellites and our Future ellipsis obiter next month.

For the Ellipses first launch we would like the Permission of the Lower Ministry of Space Defence to fly to the Natopian Space station in October for refuelling and to possibly bolster the possibilities of further cooperation between our two nations in space.

the NISS will welcome Ocia's orbiter warmly. Please notify LMISD about the exact dates of the mission and I will inform the NISS commander and I'm sure he will gladly put together a reception on the station's Observation Deck to welcome your pioneering astronauts.
