By Baronial Decree, the Annual Game of Freeze Tag shall commence tomorrow October 15.
1. The Baron-Emperor shall be "it" first.
2. "It" may only tag another person who has visited the Natopian forums in the last 24 hours.
3. Should "it" leave the Natopian forums for another national or international forum they may tag anyone who has visited that forum recently (dependent upon that forum's setting: 15 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours, etc)
4. The field of play shall be a new thread, established in the Wild Goat Pub or, if not in Natopia, in that forum's "off-topic" section.
5. Play will stop immediately if the administrator of a forum demands cessation.
6. Time limit is infinite, or until all players are frozen, or players lose interest.
