In these uncertain times of our great and ancient Empire we face the same enemy we and all nations constantly face. The eternal enemy that stares at us, hungrily, from across the void waiting for us to falter.
We have a magnificent fleet of advanced space vessels that is currently in orbit around Micras. However, our fleet has been reduced to supporting our spacestation and Tarsican base. We must expand our use of our fleet to explore the vast mysteries and wonders of the Atos System.
Therefore, to test our exploratory prowess, we will send a vessel to Pyros. We do this not because it is an easy thing, nor a glamorous event to boast for. We do this because it is necessary for our survival.

Universalis wishes to participate in this exploratory mission. Let us know how we can help.

We will certainly include Universalis in our plans and will notify you once we have a clearer picture of our objectives and after we take a full survey of the status of our fleet.

Thanks! I'll try not to go overboard and built an Imperial Star Destroyer, even though it's sooooo tempting.

Go right ahead if you want to. I based our fleet off a Star Trek-level of scale and technology.

Really? Cool. I was concerned about getting flak from the MCS et all for being too unrealistic.

I think we got away with it coz Natopia is "old" and therefore realistic to sustain advanced technology.

I suspect it's just you had a realistic rocket at some point, and now nobody's paid attention to the *rest* of your space fleet.
Are any still available for sale?

We have never used such an archaic machine as a rocket, Andreas! The spacefleet began on a smaller scale than Star Trek though... personal space fighters and in time a gigantic fighter carrier. Then we moved on to a more. Sorta a move from Star Wars to Star Trek.... coz Star Trek is better. We sell the N-1 fighter and the LB-2 and HB-3 bombers (also available for atmospheric flight). The Zion, Virgo, and Ariadne classes are also available. Prices... are unknown. But pretty hefty, they are spaceships after all. Perhaps for a minimum X amount of dollars spent/ships bought by a national government, special permission can be granted to the Natopian International Space Station... hmmm natopianation.proboards67.com/index.cgi?board=spacefleet&action=display&thread=92

I like both Star Trek and Star Wars, so I try to mix it up a little. And a lot of other sci-fi shows.... I'm not a geek. Honest.
