I'm fairly sure Cerulea and Shireroth allow gays the same right's as normal couples.

Batavia had some questionable laws when i visited them for their Expo 08 last summer...
Should we rate them on their laws as they are enforced or the attitude of the citizens... like a "nice place to visit, but locals dont take kindly to the gays" sorta thing.

Probably. Lot's of nations just allow gays so they won't be viewed as hateful,but when it comes down to it,they dislike them.(sound familiar, America?)
