The New Census

The Minister of Domestic Affairs hereby orders that all Natopias who wish to keep their citizenship active have to fill out a short census every four months (March, July, November).

The Census will be open for the entire month. Requests for optional questions will be considered by the Minister.

how about a question to post a current picture. shireroth does this, though not many participate. i think its a lot easier building a community when we all know what each other looks like.
