Regarding the Annexation of
The Holzer Empire

The Bovic Empire of Natopia

Desiring that the people of the Holzer Empire continue to enjoy self government and the assurance of the continuity of their culture and heritage the Bovic Empire of Natopia hereby annexes the Holzer Empire under the following conditions:

1. The Holzer Empire will be fully integrated into the Bovic Empire of Natopia as a protectorate.
2. The Holzer Empire will retain full authority over maintaining its internal policies and administration.
3. All Holzer land and resources located on the continent of Apollonia shall be considered Natopian land under all international agreements.
4. Citizens of the Holzer Empire will become automatically naturalized citizens of the Natopian Empire unless they submit a request not to be naturalized to the Natopian Ministry of Domestic Affairs.
