All demesnes are hereby stripped of their feudal characteristics. The Duchies of Borders Bay and Flaventia are dissolved. The titles of Baron and Duke are abolished in the Empire. The demesnes of Cheshunt and Robland are hereby dissolved.
All demesnes are equal members of the Bovic Empire. Opaeghia and Natollonia are elevated to demesne status. Each demesne shall have one person to administer it, known as the Protector.
This decree has no impact on the protectorates of Athlon, South Mehlville and Holzborg. They shall maintain their unique governments and cultures.
