Treaty of Recognition
between
The Sovereign Natopian Empire
and
The Kingdom of Utòpia
Both Signing Parties to this Treaty shall recognize the sovereignty of each other over all territorial claims, actual or virtual.
Neither Party will engage in overt or covert hostilities against the other Party.
If a conflict shall arise among the Parties, a neutral third party shall be selected by the Signing Parties to mediate.
Terms of this treaty may be amended with both Parties' consent.
Either Party may withdraw from this treaty after informing the other Party 10 days in advance of the intent of withdrawal.
