The Treaty of South Mehlville
Whereas the current political climate of Micras necessitates protecting the security of our own land and resources and those of our allies; the Sovereign Natopian Empire and the Ocian Federation hereby agree to a joint operation within the autonomous Natopian Republic of South Mehlville.
1. There shall be a military base, established and administered by the Ocian Federation within the territory of South Mehlville. This base will be named and placed by Ocia and both Ocia and Natopia will inform the Micronational Cartography Society of this.
2. The base will be Ocian territory and subject to Ocian law and sovereignty.
3. All personnel, equipment, weapons, missiles, vehicles or other articles of the Ocian military that leave the base will be subject to Natopian and South Mehlvan law and liable to be ordered to return to the base for any reason by Natopian or South Mehlvan authorities.
4. The launching of missiles, regardless of target, may only be permitted with the consent of both Natopia and Ocia.
5. Natopia will accept responsibility for providing necessities for the base.
6. This treaty will come into force upon ratification, by whatever respective means, by both nations.
7. Evacuation and removal of the base may be requested by Natopia during times of peace.
