I would just to officially say hello on behalf of Imperium Incognita, after having been in informal communication with his Bovicness for quite a while now. The Imperium is the latest incarnation of a number of micronations up to a decade old and hopes to continue its close relationship with Natopia, perhaps in the realm of doing something Waffle-Painish...

Well, earlier you were thinking of invites, alliances and that sort of thing.

It has a triumvirate of otherwise unrelated monarchs, collectively known as the Imperial Crown.

Would one of the triumvirs be interested in being adopted into the Waffle-Paines as a sign of unity and alliance? I dont have any daughters to marry off unfortunately...

I'm sure one of us would be, I shall ask. We may also have a vacancy for a triumvir as well, as one has recently been placed in charge of their own autonomous Regnum.

I have a dream! A dream where all of Micras is under Waffle-Paine control....
Nah, just joking. Would Nathan being a triumvir count against the whole MCS one person one nation rule?

That would depend on the actual wording of the rule, I guess.

Well, there doesn't seem to be a written rule, and besides which, Nathan as a triumvir would be a joint ruler rather than a sole ruler, so we could argue that such a rule doesn't apply. Of course, to make life easier, we wouldn't bother telling anyone to begin with. Sooo, anyway, as the other triumvir(s) seem conspicously absent right, might I humbly suggest that we proceed with a nice treaty (probably of bestest alliance) with myself volunteering for Waffle-Painish adoptance, and Nathan becoming an triumvir (which, as he's already conveniently a citizen, will be easy to implement)?

Sounds fine to me. Do you have any treaties written up we can use, or start from scratch? Also I'll get the ball rolling on the adoption

Nope, the Imperium is a treaty-free zone right now, as it hasn't been a priority hitherto, and most of the treaties held by its predecessors were with what are now either extremely dead or already absorbed nations, so feel free to start from scratch.

Treaty of Unity between Imperium Incognita and The Bovic Empire of Natopia
Whereas the two parties desire to form a close union of sovereign states united in mutual cooperation and friendship, the two parties hereby agree to:
1. Recognize each party as a sovereign and independent entity. 2. Refrain from overt and covert hostilities against each other and to inform the other party of any potential hostilities. 3. Endeavor to work closely on cultural, political, and all other projects to benefit each party. 4. Support and defend the other party's justifiable claim to land on Micras.
anything else?

I don't know if it would be an idea to include the stuff about becoming one of the Imperial Crown or me (as Magus) becoming an adopted Waffle-Paine in there, unless you prefer to keep those separate?

We probably should keep them seperate, as they don't technically belong to Foreign Affairs.
Also, what role would you like to play as a Waffle-Paine? Nathan's brother, cousin, or our son?
