Attention Citizens!
Natopian scientists are currently in the process of curing our current goat shortage.
These new goats will grow on trees for the benefit of all citizens.
When the scientists make a breakthrough it shall be reported here first. Except no imitations!

I think maybe putting someone in the Bovic Code about what we can and cannot do to our national symbol may be in order to prevent those atrocities.
if we can grow them on trees eventually... i think we should be allowed to eat them tho.

Hello this is your Minister.
The Natopian scientific community has reported to me that they have been successfully able to develop a tree (species coming later) large enough to withstand the weight of Natopian goats combined with being able to nourish them from birth to death.
