What happens if you keep paying our citizens money for their government jobs and they spend all of that money in other countries (i.e. Shireroth) but there's no money coming back into Natopia?

well since its all the same currency it really doesnt matter... its very laissz faire... as long as you personally have money it doesnt matter where u spend it, u can always earn it back by providing services to earn a wage.
however, the only problem is if ur main source of income is your Natopian salary, because unless we start taxing the treasury will run out of money.

the treaty that established the unified economy. each new government to join would be given 7500 per citizen that was not already in the economy. since william, iain and i all had accounts with shireroth, we only got 7500 when we joined.
