and oh, you'll have to negotiate directly with South Mehlville for their oil. As a state in free associate with us, they fall under us in the trade agreement and oil is listed as Natopia oil in the spreadsheets, but their permission is needed before we can sell or trade it. southmehlville.proboards99.com/index.cgi? |

That's where it gets interesting ... see, those resources aren't on the MCS resource map. You're ... smallish enough to merit a few "bonus resources" I guess, but you'd have far less of them (say 30 gold, 30 silver, 20 semi-precious stones or something). It's easier if you have GSO land as you can produce extra resources there ...
