To whom it may concern, Greetings from Livlandia! I, Artz, am writing as the Minister of Foreign Affairs on behalf of King Nickolas I. I wish to discuss the possibilities of an establishment of relations. We would be interested in, signing a treaty of recognition/friendship, and then to gradually develop that friendship and work together on various future tasks. Hello Minister Artz,
We would certainly be interested in signing a treaty with you. Do you have standard friendship treaties you prefer to sign or shall we write one up from scratch?
And this RP event, what is the exact nature? Natopia is not big on RPing but if its something enough of us are interested in, we would love to be involved. If its a recwar however, we are officially neutral in all military engagements.

Nathan, Artz has approached me about signing a treaty of recognition, do I have permission to pursue this? Also, do we have a standard Treaty of Recognition and Friendship?

sorry, out all day thursday for a birthday. while technically not constitutional, precedence has allowed the ratifying and treaty signing powers of the emperor to be devolved to the foreign minister. So I will grant the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the authority to ratify and sign treaties with foreign powers, however you must discuss them here during or immediatly after the negotiations in case i want to veto them  we do no have a standard treaty. |
