Warm regards from His Imperial Majesty, the Shahanshah!
Your Imperial Majesty, Emperor Nathan: The Kingdom of Babkha bids your great nation greetings. We are most interested in establishing relations with the Sovereign Natopian Empire and commit to peace in our world.
As you might have heard, the Kingdom of Babkha seeks to regain its former lands on the continent of Eura, and so far it has been successful. However, there has been a halt in our progress because of the location of New South Mehlville. The Kingdom of Babkha would like to enter into negotiations with the Sovereign Natopian Empire to seek the possibility of regaining the land and perhaps Natopia moving the land elsewhere, to which extent, our Kingdom would support the claim and provide as much support as needed.
Please note, that the Kingdom does not seek to enter into negative negotiations, rather positive in which both nations can leave the negotiation tables as friends and create a win-win atmosphere.
I am pleased to be here and hopefully amongst friends. I await His Imperial Majesty's reply.

Excellency,
I meant absolutely no harm. The Kingdom of Babkha was not aware that South Mehlville is independant from the Sovereign Natopian Empire. I sincerely apologize in hopes that as ruler of South Mehlville you will not be closed to dialogues with the Kingdom of Babkha as we too seek to establish permanent relations with other nations, including those that are neighboring the Kingdom.
again, i apologize.

I apologize for being ill informed, your excellency, it was i who did not know that Natopia was only protecting their former lands. I was under the impression that they had returned to Natopia.
Again, my sincere apologies. Is there any way we could possibly get in touch? MSN?

Welcome to Natopia, Excellency.
I'm glad to see this has been settled in my absence. I have looked over at the discussion in South Mehlville and cannot offer any more information on the subject. I personally agree with Duke Tom's position. Natopians have historically been very interested in territorial integrity. It would not be possible for the Nation of South Mehlville to simply relocate itself to a more vacant area of Micras. We do not see our nations as merely the sum total of all our similarly colored pixels on the map. If that were so the South Mehlvies, I'm sure, would gladly move the blob labeled "South Mehlville" to another location... Perhaps even on Tapfer closer to Natopia proper. But South Mehlville is where it is. In order to facilitate this move, South Mehlville would have to destroy itself, and a new, artificial territory will have to be established elsewhere with a new name, new cities, etc.
On an official note, this is the second diplomatic visit by Babkha to Natopia, and both of these visits have opened with "lets be friend so we may eventually negotiate a land deal." To me, this plan is not exactly conducive to a long term diplomatic friendship and I know that Natopians are a lot more willing to bend our own rules for a friend rather than a stranger.
