By Order of the Bovic Emperor of Natopia:
The Cross of Sovereignty is hereby reestablished with the following Charter:
1. The Cross of Sovereignty is the supreme award of Natopia and shall consist of three classes, Gold Cross, Silver Cross and Bronze Cross.
2. Any Citizen or foreign national may be granted The Cross of Sovereignty.
3. The Cross of Sovereignty shall be awarded by decree of HSM Bovic Emperor of Natopia.
4. The Gold Cross shall be awarded for personal sacrifice to Natopia
and shall be forged from the finest Natopian Gold and amethysts.
5. The Silver Cross shall be awarded for personally furthering Natopia culturally or politically and shall be forged from the finest Natopian Silver and amethysts.
6. The Bronze Cross shall be awarded for excellence in service to Natopia and shall be forged from the finest Natopian Bronze and amethysts.
