Treaty for the Equality and Advancement of Bisexuals And Gays

The following nations, individuals, and organizations hereby affirm and agree to do all within reason to bring about the eventual acceptance of homosexuals, bisexuals, transgendered persons, and all others not within the standard male-female straight-gay systems.
1. All people deserve to have their love recognized regardless of religious opinion.
2. The state should not interfere in who a person decides to commit themselves to.
3. No employer will deny employment or benefits based solely on an individual's orientation or gender.
4. A person found guilty of committing a crime against someone based solely or primarily on that person's gender or orientation should have their punishment increased according to severity of the situation.
5. The institution of marriage can be strengthened, not destroyed, by allowing loving committed couples to marry.
