With the Emperor's permission I would like to present this to the MCS for approval. It rearranges some land to reclaim land around the city of Fort Newport to restore our continuous coastline around Borders Bay and Newport Strait. Also it reclaims the city of Estatia and its connections to the wheat fields of inner East Tapfer allowing quicker sea transport to the rest of the Empire.
