Here are the Rules of Natopia, a constitution if you will.
1. The Butter Bull is the living, breathing, god and Lord of Natopia and all its possessions.
2. As such, the Butter Bull owns all land and people.
3. The Butter Bull will allow Apostles and Prophets to perform various duties and services.
4. The Frenzy will be allowed to continue to pass laws as a pithy show of futile democracy. It may organize itself however it wants. These laws will be at the mercy of the Butter Bull.
5. As the Butter Bull is a god, he will not make laws regarding especially mortal affairs, the Frenzy must make its own laws to protect life, and secure welfare, and such crap.
6. The concept of citizenship is made obsolete as all persons of Natopian heritage are possessions of the Butter Bull. All people within the lands of the Butter Bull's Dominion shall fall under His will. An Inventory will collect the names of all people and lands in the Bovic Dominion.
7. At times, the Butter Bull may wish to ally himself with foreign nations. He will do this as he pleases.
8. The more vocal and useful possession of the Butter Bull will be called Apostles or Prophets based on their purpose. An Apostle or Prophet of the Butter Bull carries his full blessings.
