The Elwynnese Realm
And
The Bovic Dominion of Natopia
Whereas our two nations seek closer ties of friendship, cooperation, and recognition
And seeing that the Natopian Lord, the Butter Bull, was physically reincarnated in lands within Elwynn and thus has a special affinity and blessing for that nation,
The nations Elwynn and Natopia hereby enter into a state of perpetual friendship and cooperation under the following conditions:
1. Both signing parties recognize and support the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the other.
2. Citizens of each party shall enjoy full visitor status within the territory of each party.
3. Neither party shall engage in hostile covert or overt actions against the other. Furthermore, intelligence pertaining to the security of the other signing party shall be freely shared.
4. In the dire circumstance of either party receiving hostile action from a third party, the other signing party shall do all in its power to come to the defense and aid of that party.
