The Natopian Spacefleet has been in operation for nearly five years, enjoying administrative autonomy for most of that time it has been uninfluenced by the political turmoil of planeside Natopia aside from a brief leasing to Gralus during the Dark Age to ensure planetary support.

Personnel from NOOP HQ in Lindstrom City will begin space-readiness training and examination within the week. Our fleet of Troy-class cargo ships will begin bringing raw material and technology to the station in preparation of its remodeling. Increased shipments of metal from Natollonia and southwest Klaasiya have been ordered as well as oil from the Eurian League of Athlon for plastics. The technology capital of Natopia, Borders City, will be responsible for updating the systems of the station as applicable and will work closely with Aeronautics and Space Shipyards. Technicians will inspect the station for upgrades upon their initial visit with the first group of NOOP personnel.

The spaceport in Cape Newport will be the primary launch point of vessels, having been in continual service and upkeep for routinely replacing the minimal crew stationed at NISS.

First launch of cargo will be scheduled for Saturday, October 30.

The recent reduction of Natollonia and reorganization into the region of Greivary has brought to nation attention the people of that area. Discovered and employed and educated by the Lord Jeremy, First Baron Natollonia, the Greivars are race of artificial sentience. They are a rather secretive people, and a special expedition will be sent from NOOP to Greivar land to officially inquire if they would be willing to apply their unique physiognomies to NOOP and the Dominion's space endeavors.
