I wish to ask for Lochhatonian co-operation to further the projects under consideration for Borders City. It is my belief that they could also positively impact on Anmutstadt also.

If the tidal project is found to be viable/desirable, it may be that a section of the straights be cordoned off for safety reasons. I thought it might be nice to expand such an area into a marine reserve. What do you think? By the way the tidal power would most probably be best harnessed to the west of the cities in the narrowest part of the waterway
