A Bill to Amend Article Two of the Constitution of the Sovereign Natopian Empire
1. Article Two, Section Three states that: "3. Only those citizens who have declared themselves Members of the Royal Frenzy will be able to vote on laws. Members must make declarations of membership on the first day of every month of the Natopian Calender."
2. This Section will be amended to increase the amount of time between membership declarations to four months.
3. Article Two, Section Three will be amended by this Royal Frenzy to state that: "3. Only those citizens who have declared themselves Members of the Royal Frenzy will be able to vote on laws. Members must make declarations of membership on the first three days of Blumuar, Konril and Novaber. During those days, and the month of Carnival, the Royal Frenzy will not be in session."
