A Bill to establish the Royal Census.
1. The official listing of current Natopian citizens, to be henceforth referred to as the Royal Census.
2. The Ministry of Domestic Affairs shall have the responsibility of taking a census of all citizens in Natopia and any region under Natopian control.
3. The census shall be sent to each citizen personally via e-mail and private message every 3 months.
4. The census will include required questions on: full name, gender, other citizenships, current macronational and micronational residence.
