A Bill for an Act to establish and codify the privileges entitled by members of the Royal Frenzy.
1. All members of the Royal Frenzy are to be granted the title "The Honorable" for the duration of their Royal Frenzy service.
2. All members of the Royal Frenzy are also entitled to use "MRF" after their name during their Royal Frenzy service.
3. No person may obstruct, interfere, intimidate or prevent a member of the Royal Frenzy from attending sessions of the Royal Frenzy, unless ordered by the Royal Frenzy.
4. No members of the Royal Frenzy are to be arrested without an order by the Royal Frenzy.
5. Members are entitled absolute freedom of speech whilst undertaking Royal Frenzy business.
