Bill for an Act to establish the official method of execution in Natopia.
1. The official method execution within the Natopian Empire shall be Cheeto-totting.
2. The universal spelling of Cheeto-totting is Cheeto-totting.
3. Cheeto-totting is hereby defined as the means of executing a individual by bludgeoning to death with Cheetos, and or bags of Cheetos.
4. Only the Emperor can sign an execution warrant.
5. The execution shall be considered completed when five days have past since the creation of the execution thread or when the thread has reached five pages in length.
